Nuqtara Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Nuqtara. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The App
Nuqtara teaches the Arabic script through local lessons, tracing, review, reading practice, and widgets. The app is provided for educational use.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Nuqtara offers optional paid access through App Store in-app purchases: monthly subscription nuqtara_monthly, yearly subscription nuqtara_yearly, and lifetime unlock nuqtara_lifetime.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Nuqtara cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. Subscription prices, taxes, currency conversion, billing, cancellation, and renewal notices are handled by Apple.
The lifetime unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase for the app features offered under that purchase at the time of sale and subsequent supported versions of Nuqtara.
Free Access
Nuqtara may include a limited free sample. Free limits can change as the product evolves.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. To request a refund, use Apple's report-a-problem flow.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid access, interfere with purchase systems, or use Nuqtara in a way that violates applicable law.
Educational Content
Nuqtara aims to teach Arabic script accurately, but it is not a substitute for a qualified teacher, formal course, religious instruction, or professional translation. Report content issues to andresj.diaz.santos@icloud.com.
Ownership
Nuqtara, including its artwork, lesson content, interface copy, and app-specific materials, is owned by Nuqtara or its creator unless otherwise noted. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.
No Warranty
Nuqtara is provided as-is. We work to keep the app accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the app will meet every learning need.
Apple Standard EULA
Unless a separate custom EULA is published, Nuqtara uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
