What to Include

Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, the screen where the issue happened, and any steps that reproduce the problem. Do not send payment card details; Apple handles App Store billing directly.

Purchase Help

Use Restore Purchases in the Nuqtara paywall or Profile screen if a subscription or lifetime unlock is not showing.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account settings. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds.

Content Feedback

If you spot an issue with a letter form, stroke order, transliteration, translation, or Arabic word, include the screen name, the letter or word, the device model, and a screenshot if possible.
